YMCA LEAP High, in partnership with the Children’s Service Council, provides in-person summer and school-year services to help students transition for the start of the new school year, by offering additional learning opportunities for personal growth and academic enrichment. Students will have opportunities to explore various career paths, and discuss the past year and the future, with industry experts and their peers.

Activities and Services Offered:

• Educational and Non-Educational components,
• credit recovery,
• on-site and off-site field trips,
• summer program one-on-one bi-weekly Success Coaching meetings during student's study halls.

We offer a wide variety of age-appropriate activities and monitored homework time. Our students have opportunities to learn new skills, socialize, and interact with their peers.

The Y’s Youth Development Afterschool Programs focus on safety, health, social growth and academic enhancement. They are staffed with people who understand the cognitive, physical and social development of kids, the needs youth have to feel connected and supports in trying new things, and the caring and reinforcement parents and families need to help each other.
