The Women of Tomorrow’s mission is to inspire, motivate, and empower at risk young women to live up to their potential through a unique group mentoring program with highly accomplished professional women and scholarship opportunities.

Important Club Information
Meeting Dates: Members will meet once a month for an hour during which time we will engage in the following activities:
- Meet & learn pertinent information from our mentor
- Small groups with guest speakers and mentor
- Plan for monthly activities/themes/field trips
- Complete important documents
- Participate in meaningful activities
- Prepare for life beyond high school
We will meet monthly in room . We will meet after school one month and the following month during school. We will continue that scheduled pattern throughout the school year (for example if we meet after school in September we will meet during school in October) New members will be added to our Canvas Page.
Reminders and Information: Members can stay up to date with club activities, events, and important deadlines by:

Participation:
In order to have an opportunity to earn WOT scholarships, members must attend meetings once a month consistently & be a member for 3 years.
Events, Activities, & Field trips
Members will have the opportunity to participate in WOT activities in order to have future access to scholarship opportunities. Below are WOT activities that support growth:
- Meetings: These are at least 1 hour to communicate information & mentor members once a month
- Field trips: We will have at least 1 field trip per school year
- Submissions: Students will submit important documents related to scholarships and more by specific deadlines
- Guest Speakers: Speakers will visit periodically to enhance student knowledge of careers and skills for the real world
Criteria for Joining
Women of Tomorrow Mentoring & Scholarship Program is for girls in 9th-12th grade who have different strengths and weaknesses in a plethora of areas, which will help them empower each other & be empowered by a mentor. Girls should be open to interact with professional women who will be their mentors in a small group setting. The goal is to support young women growing in various areas as well as prepare for life after high school. Girls should be responsible by attending meetings and communicating with activity school coordinator & mentor.
